Did my research before coming in…. Knew that I wanted a bag vacuum rather than a canister for longevity purposes. I’ve always purchased Dyson, Bissell, Hoover, etc., and none of them have lasted more than a few years. We have an old (bagged) Oreck in the family which works well but I wanted attachments. I questioned the owner about dual motors (one for brush, one for suction), pivoting heads, lifespan, repair costs (the Dyson I had was more to repair elsewhere than it cost), bag costs, belt life, using attachments while the brush was spinning, etc…. He was VERY knowledgeable (he’s been in the business for 40yrs) and you can tell, passionate, in all things vacuums. That being said, I got a great deal on a Riccar (though it was hard to decide which model! ) and grabbed some bags as well. I have a great shop if I need maintenance done and will definitely come back and never get a “box store” vacuum again. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Perry has serviced my vacuum for years. He is the best and knows his stuff. I will not go to anyone else to buy a Vacuum or have mine serviced. Perry is the man!! We bought a Riccar Vaccum years ago And it is hands down the best vacuum we’ve owned. After we vacuumed a few rooms, I called and asked why the bag light was on what was wrong with the vacuum. There was nothing wrong with the Riccar. Our old cheap Vacuum was junk and didn’t do it’s job very well. We recently bought another Riccar. It’s even better than our older unit. The money on the the Riccar is money well spent.

This store is the best cleaning store in Boise! They sell more than amazing vacuums! They have lots of other home cleaning products as well and it is worth checking them out. I have been meaning to stop by this store for a while and I’m so glad I finally did. Our old canister vacuum broke. We read the reviews about Riccars and decided to buy one. I also bought the cinnamon carpet granules that remove pet odor. I wish I’d done all this sooner. For the first time in 6 years, our carpet looks and smells clean after vacuuming. I love my riccar vacuum! Our carpet almost looks new again! I experienced amazing customer service at this store. The best customer service I’ve ever had actually. The store owner helped me to decide on the right vacuum for me, within the price range I needed. He was so helpful and friendly. He showed me everything I needed to know about my new vacuum. I plan to continue going to this store to have my vacuum serviced and to buy home cleaning products. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable and kind they are!
